Girl Scout Registration

had an hour registration after school at the park today....got Sierra, Kayleigh, Kassie, Brandy, Maddy, & Jazmine signed up. Nataleigh is a transfer.
Trinity, Braelyn, Liberty, Joselyn, Hayleigh, Karlee, & Emily want to join but couldn't get here today. Katie will be my helper.

Oooy! what a busy week!

started out early Saturday morning, with several of our troop who are also band members picking up trash on the square. then we ran the baby show, decorated our parade float, waited thru 2 heavy rains for the parade to start, threw candy to our adoring public, and on Sunday we volunteered at the Alumni Dinner. whew!

working at the baby show: Aubrey, Trinity, Braelyn, Kylie, Kayla, Breanna, Jazmine, Emily, Kayleigh, Sierra, Mackenzie, Nataleigh, & Katie.
decorating for the parade: Morgan, Kylie, Katie, Jessie, & Nataleigh.
riding in the parade: Nataleigh, Morgan, Kylie, Jessie, Sierra, Emma, Emily, Jazmine.
helping at the alumni dinner: Katie, Kayla, Breanna, Aubrey, Emily, Kayleigh, Sierra, Kylie, Nicole.
on top of all this, the girls were participating in Junior Miss Mercer contests, riding rides, pigwrestling, AND riding other floats AND marching in the band AND entering the local activities! and I know a couple of them were hanging out late nites at the Bethany Fair...

Kayleigh, Aubrey, Katie, Morgan, Braelyn, Trinity, Sierra, Jazmine, & Nataleigh met at the park after school to make fantasic posters for the Mercer Homecoming parade!

Finding Bigfoot Hayride

Saturday October 22 6-8 p.m.
dress for a hayride...we'll journey out into the woods looking for clues...'cause we're pretty sure there's a Squatch in those woods! if we survive, will play some Halloween games.

the ole swimmin' hole...

Emily, Vicki, Sierra, Emma, Kayleigh, Cassie, Brandy, Braelyn, Trinity, Aubrey, Katie, Liberty & Kayla swam today at the Princeton Pool. The weather was perfect! The girls seemed to have fun.

Camp Outback

attending: Captain Awesome (Lindsay), Nae Nae (Kylie), Chief Dorky (Kayla), Ris (Morrisa), Army Gal (Sierra), Gumball (Kayleigh), Icey (Brandy), Pelican Fly (Morgan) & plain ole Katie who arrived too late for a nickname hiked in the outback, learned cool Australian facts, ate s'mores, made crafts, tried out boomerangs, & stayed up all night, earning Great Barrier Reef & I Survived Camp.

summer events...

Camp Outback is July 9th 6p.m....we will hike in 'The Outback', do fun Australian stuff, and the shelia's each get an outback hat, boomerang, & outback plushies. then we'll camp out in 'The Outback' in tents!

Swim Party is July 30th 2-4 at Princeton Pool. be there or be square!
